Hey all.

If you’re like most people, you’ve been feeling on edge and nervous lately. Pandemics, global conflicts, and economic uncertainty are just a few of the copious stress-inducing events plaguing our lives in 2022.

Fortunately, things aren’t as bad as you think they are- even though it’s easy to believe otherwise. There have always been troubling times throughout human history. Wars, pandemics, plagues, famines and more are nothing new for humanity. We have gotten through it before, and shall do so again. I believe the negative feedback loop that a digital world produces is the main reason why everyone is so on edge these days.

Here’s the thing- you don’t have to be miserable. The smaller your focus becomes, the happier you will most likely be.

I am not a mental health expert. I am not a licensed therapist or a life coach. I just want to share my experiences in trying to live a fulfilling, satisfying life. As a lifelong anxiety sufferer, I have learned various useful tips for coping during my lifetime. I believe by instituting some routine changes stress and anxiety can be successfully managed.

Meditate/Pray

For those who are religious or spiritual, praying is a form of therapy- and it’s free.
